We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and international bank transfer. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before your trip.
Is a deposit required to book a package?
Yes, a deposit (usually 30% of the total package price) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival in Bali.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my package?
Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a partial refund.
Are there any hidden fees?
